Engagement Sneak Peak of a Gorgeous Couple!

What better way to celebrate Valentine's Day than to share the beginning of the rest of your lives together! I'm so excited to share these with you and to continue capturing those special moments the day you say 'I Do'. Congratulations Logan and Wes!

Sweet lil God Child, Brylee!

All I want to do is kiss that sweet belly!!! Brace yourselves!... I'll be sharing more photos of my dear friend and her beautiful family in the next few days!

My family!

Aren't we such a cute bunch?! I sure love these people of mine! It warms my heart to look at these images. Especially around the holidays I think about how lucky we are. Mom and dad are divorced, but unlike many families of divorce, we still can come together, get along and love each other! We go on family vacations and spend the holidays together. I thank God for giving me three handsome brothers who are becoming men that I am so proud of; a mom that is beautiful from the inside out and my best friend; and a dad with a big and generous heart and always seems to be smiling! I am the most blessed girl in the World!

Happy Belated 45th Mom!

Who said smash cakes are for your 1st birthday?! Everyone likes cake! And even at 45 sometimes we just need to be silly! I love this classy, sassy, and silly woman so much! I am so glad that I get to call you mom!

Don't Give Up

The fight to be able to fly has been a long and drawn out process. This week has been especially trying and still no word from the FAA if I will be aloud to continue flying. I find myself caught in these ruts, wondering what am I even doing? Is this all going to be for nothing? I have fallen so far behind with flying and my training has been so spread out that my current advanced classes feel almost impossible. So what is the point?

When you love something, you fight for it! Do not turn in the towel until you have exhausted all options and resources. If you give up, you may always wonder what could have been. But if you have given your all and still things don't work the way you had hoped, it will be heart breaking, but you will be able to hold your head high knowing you did everything you could. What if after all the blood sweat and tears, you finally reach your goal? You will be able to look back on all of the challenges in relief and joy that you made it, and you persevered! Anything worth having comes at a cost.

When you feel like giving up, or when you are terrified of the future, remember this: "Then Jesus said to his disciples, 'Therefore I tell you, do not worry about your life, what you will eat; or about your body, what you will wear. For life is more than food, and the body more than clothes. Consider the ravens; They do not sow or reap, they have no storeroom or barn; yet God feeds them. And how much more valuable you are than birds! Who of you by worrying can add a single hour to his life?'" -Luke 12:22-25
